Yes. Simply provide your logo or design files, and we will provide free artwork for approval before producing samples.
Q3: What is the standard lead time for orders?
Sample orders typically take 3-5 working days. Bulk orders usually require 10-18 working days for mass production.
Q4: What kind of warranty do you provide?
All products come with a 1-year warranty.
Q5: How do you handle product failures or quality issues?
If a product fails, provide us with the quantity and a video or image of the problem. We will send a replacement for free.
Q6: Which shipping methods are available?
We primarily ship via express (DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT) or air. For large bulk orders, sea freight is also available.
